Hi,

I know it’s been a while since the last entry but things are most definitely moving forward and the team remain ever positive. Our engine research programme is underway and as you can probably appreciate early results have been declared TOP SECRET! Sorry, but it is not worth my job to tell you all more at this stage.

I did however think that this was an ideal opportunity to put up a picture of the SRL team ‘letting their hair down’ at the recent DTI Research Grant Awards Dinner, which took place at The Hilton Hotel in Gateshead on the evening of Thursday 15th March. A good time was had by all; with many new contacts made and much wine drunk. Everyone we talked to was very interested in what we are doing and I am sure something will come from this in the near future.
